Description

Bio-Linux is a bioinformatics-centred distrubution based on Debian GNU/Linux. Currently at version 4, it provides standard and cutting edge bioinformatics tools. It is freely distributed via the NERC Environmental Bioinformatics Centre (NEBC), Oxford, UK
