Description

Calculation of DNA melting curves and maps using the Poland-Scheraga algorithm and empirical constraints by R.D. Blake.

DNA melting simulator based on the algorithms of Poland, Scheraga, Fixman and Friere. Developed by Blake et al since 1980. More recent porting work done by J.W. Bizzaro.
