I am Co-Director of the Bioinformatics and Genomics graduate program option at 'The Pennsylvania University' and also one of the Principal Investigators on the NIH/NIGMS funded Predoctoral Training program: Computation, Bioinformatics and Statistics (CBIOS). My research interest in the area of gene regulation of developmental genes and use of mouse models in the study of functional genomics.
