Original submission: I did install RDFScape but when i try to open it from the Plugin menu in cytoscape i does anything. i'm running cytoscape 2.6.0 in mac os x 10.5.2, java => java version "1.5.0_13" Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_13-b05-237) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.5.0_13-119, mixed mode, sharing) Hope you can help Inti Pedroso
