You are given a data file:Yeast gene table; This file is in a tab-delimited format. There are 3 columns in this table: Status, ORF, and Chromosome. ORF is the open reading frames of all the genes. Status refer to their annotation status. Chromosome is their chromosomal locations.
The question is: Are there any gene annotations biases among chromosomes?
