- The Rest Trans Map program was modified so that it runs faster.
- Multiple Align Show now allows the user to specify sequence starting points, so that partial sequences can have the numbering corresponding to the complete sequence.
- Multiple Align Show now uses html tables rather than the span tag to add background coloring. The use of tables allows variable-width fonts to be used in the alignment, and it avoids a Netscape (below version 6) bug involving the span tag.
