Sight cross platform 2.1.1 (jar)

Release notes:

This file is a cross-platform jar installer. You need to have Java 1.4.0 or compatible. To install, open console and type (should work as under Linux, as under Windows): java -jar installer_211.jar The cross installer should start and do the rest of work. If you need Sight just for Linux or just for Windows, it may be recommended to try specialised releases.

Changelog:

This version has improved xml transform wizard. It is now more adapted for cases when the document has multiple tags with identical names, and for finding the desired information the values of the attributes and nested tags must be checked. We also integrated a BioQuery that generates robots for submitting various queries to NCBI. SSH plug-in (JSch) is replaced by the newer, more reliable version.
