Release notes:

Release Version 0.004 of the Validation Plan outlines a more streamlined validation process: The PQ phase is now incorporated in with System Acceptance, and there is now only a single Validation Summary Report. Additional validation documents, incorporating the idea of Risk-based Assessment will be forthcoming.
