Release notes:

Simple analysis context. It includes: -) A link to one single pathway in Reactome (must be online or edit the ontology list) -) A pre-processing rule that asserts rdfs:label from bioPAX:SHORT-NAME (for biopax-level2) -) A "sort of" inference rule that asserts that two elements participate in the same component if they are part of the same component (this is really a proof of concept... more sophistacted reasoning later...) -) Generic configurations for namespaces Note that rules are defined for biopax-level2. This is just a demo context. More coming...
