New Features

Letters: Nucleotide letters are written over SNPs when zoom is sufficient. User can choose to have all letters written, not just SNPs.

Reverse BLAST: Strainer can now import blast data where the reference sequence was the query and the reads were the database.

Known Issues

Some reads loaded from a reverse blast will not display properly until the zoom is increased enough to see SNPs. After this, all reads display OK.
