This release is intended for reviewers of the Genquire manuscript submission to Bioinformatics journal, and for non-developers to have a stable release to install. Developers should continue to check-out and update the code from CVS.

Changelog:

First stable release of Genquire since the announced release of Genquire version I on the BioPerl and EnsEMBL mailing lists in 2001. This release includes a functional Genbank flat-file adaptor layer, improvements to the documentation, and bug fixes reported after the last release.
