Release notes:

various bug fixes, including a major one where the wrong sequence or no sequence was displayed when the user recenteed, zoomed, scrolled, and then selected an arbitrary sequence region with CTRL-mousedrag.

ShowSequenceContext widget now communicates back to the SeqCanvas to show which exon is being selected.

ShowSequenceContext widget now has a ruler.

SeqCanvas widget can now properly be oriented in either vertical or horizontal without messing up the dimensions.

Installer is improved for MS Windows.  Defaults to a public database at PBI for immediate testing.
