Release notes:

The first release of the PhyloMetaProt software suite. This contains pairwise_prot_blast for .FAA files, pairwise_paths for lists of pathways, pairwise_seeds for competition/cooperation analysis of seeds from NetSeed (http://borensteinlab.com/software_netseed.html), and ubique for determining the distribution of pathways from lists.
