Gary Golomb
|
Helix is based on the work I did here: http://www.proventsure.com/golomb_bioinformatics.pdf. Was fulltime at GWU working in computational biology and proteomics. I started leveraging computational biology algorithms to solving computer auditing applications, especially finite state machines like Hidden Markov Models to finding sensitive information in documents, and Smith-Waterman for malware analysis. We started a company for IT risk calculation based on this (www.proventsure.com).
