I am a Research Scholar (Senior Research Fellow) in the Department of Biophysics, Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics at the University of Calcutta. My research interest includes the Combinatorics of cellular regulation, Network biology, System biology and in-silico Bioinformatics pipeline development. I teach classes in the field of Bioinformatics, Bio-programming (PERL, R), UNIX-Linux at the undergraduate, graduate and master level.
