I am a postdoc researcher at Linkoping University, Sweden. Presently I am engaged with DNA methylation pattern analysis from clinical samples using R & python. In my PhD, I studied the role of miRNAs in human concerning molecular evolution to understand human disease mechanisms. I have expertise in database handling, sequence analyses, gene expression studies, module analysis, statistical analyses and interpretation of large data, open source softwares & HPC system.
