My Ph. D. work includes studying the intergenic regions of all E. coli genomes and understanding what kind of proteins can be coded by these regions if at all they are expressed. This information is presented in an online database. I am good at creating online tools and databases. After completing my Ph. D. I will go for a PostDoc in Bioinformatics preferably in Germany, U. K. or U. S.
