Young Computer Engineer interested in bio-informatics. I am currently working at the \"High Performance Computing facility\" University of Puerto Rico (www.hpcf.upr.edu). These facilities provide support to the academia satisfying their computing resources and knowledge base needs. Currently I am working in developing a resource center for bioinformatics, EST pipeline and an EST database for Heliconius erato, also general linux system administration.
