[BiO BB] 3D Protein structure prediction

Hi all,
please sorry for bothering you with a so trivial question.

Anyone of you have any idea about the possibility to retrieve a 2ndary 
and/or 3ry protein structure from a simple aminoacids sequence?  I mean, 
moreover, there is anywhere a tool that works comparing the query 
sequence against a domains database, and gives a results of % identity?
