Hi, Tim.

Sorry, I upgraded from Bio-Linux 6, which is where these packages were 
installed but not removed after installation. Your Bio-Linux 7 iso was 
not available to me at the time, and I was testing your upgrade script.

The problem as I mentioned before is that both of your manifests are 
identical in Bio-Linux 6, so nothing is removed after installation:

> b4a23ae71f3eba2e8270150d34d17c1c  filesystem.manifest
> b4a23ae71f3eba2e8270150d34d17c1c  filesystem.manifest-desktop

In Bio-Linux 7/Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, the list of packages to remove is:

> iso:/casper/filesystem.manifest-remove

The issue about /dev/zram0 will affect anyone else who upgraded from 
Bio-Linux 6 like I did. I think it's worth documenting how to get rid of 
the 'compcache' swap if, for any reason, it's still present after the 
installation of Bio-Linux to hard disk.
