[Biococoa-dev] Alignment & HMM Support in Biococoa

Hi Phil,

Absolutely fabulous, I've been begging for alignments in a decent
framework for more than a year already, so it would be more than great
from both a personal and a biococoa point of view I think. Of course
this would require some work to make your project work natively
(ideally speaking) with our BCSequence classes, but it would be
awesome. If you haven't done so, please create an account at
Bioinformatics.com and Peter can add you to the project member list,
which allows you to access the CVS.
If you want I would like to invite you to describe your project in more
detail on the list and we can discuss a bit more on how to implement
your work in the framework... Looking forward to your contribution!
Cheers,
Alex
