Now that I'm an expert on list administration, I added the PDBWiki URL
to the footer.

The settings can be changed here:
http://www.bioinformatics.org/mailman/admin/pdbwiki-devel/nondigest
and
http://www.bioinformatics.org/mailman/admin/pdbwiki-devel/digest
