The currently known transcription factor families were obtained from Pfam databse, whose domains description should contain "sequence-specific DNA binding transcription factor activity" or suggested as a transcription factor domian in previous studies. Potential transcription factors are predicted by our method, but not contained a domain that either descripted as "sequence-specific DNA binding transcription factor activity" or found in previous studies.
