Syntax error messages in compute-FBA -T

Original submission:
The error occurs at a switch statement in a gawk script. Some compiled versions of gawk around did not have "--enable-switch" enabled in the configure step of compiling.
Statement will be replaced in version 2.2.3. . Alternative fix is to recompile gawk.
