Getbirch console cannot scroll up

Currently, the getbirch console window cannot scroll up, this is a hack-around to get the window to scroll down. Users can still review the entire log by viewing the text file, but this should be fixed

Is this a bug, or a feature of Java or Jython?
If it's intrinsic to the language, this may not be
one that is worth any significant amount of work.
