[ Ticket #1162 ] Import Foreign Format - error reading fasta files
    Date:

    Submitted by:

    Assigned to:

    Category:

    Priority:

    Ticket group:
    Bug
    Resolution:
    Resolved
    Summary:
Import Foreign Format - error reading fasta files
    Original submission:
When reading a FASTA file, Import Foreign Format gives
    errors like:

BioLegato (GenBank parser): ERROR --- Invalid Genbank sequence!
    LOCUS HumanA1HumanA1 2320 bp

This is probably because bioLegato can't read the pseudo
GenBank format produced by readseq. Probably the best
fix is to have Import Foreign Format generate FASTA files,
    and read that.
