PCD - replacement for menulist file

For the PCD version of biolegato, we need a substitute for the old menulist file.
/menus/menulist tells three things:

1. The order of menus going left to right in the biolegato menu.
2. The order of items, going top to bottom, in each pull down menu
3. The platforms on which each menu item is to appear. There may be a related
*bug that just fails to create a .blmenu file if the platform is specified. For example,
in bldna/menu/menulist, there is an entry for DNARNA/TACGrest.item, and no corresponding
PCD file gets written for this item.

Each PCD directory may have a file called pcd_order
which lists the order of menus in the menu bar, or
the order of blitems in a given menu.

The 'system' tag can be used in any PCD menu to specify on which platforms a menu is to be included in BioLegato. 		06/18/12 15:42 B_Fristensky
