PXHOM can't work with lowercase amino acids

Several possible places to fix this:
*blprotein - PXHOM
*hom.py
*PXHOM
The last is the cleanest and most effective fix, but requires revison of the Pascal code and recompiling for all platforms.

Short term fix: set readseq -C option to force amino acids to uppercase.
The better long term fix is to modify P1HOM and P2HOM to accept lowercase.
