When downloaded from NCBI's browser, this sequence is correctly saved to a GenBank file about 98 Mb. When retrieved using blnfetch, the entry is truncated and annotation appears in the bldna sequence canvas.

This could be a bug in BioLegato, the PCD shell command, or even in Eutils.
