Several null pointers in the table where the answer to a query is shown.
It may be related to the system trying to pickup color or label for a namespace or resource not in model.
Same proble found when dealing with some other "testing" ontologies with possibly a wrong syntax.

Found cause.
Very interesting case.
URIs that are rdf:type owl:Ontology, are the xml:base URI.
These get treated as URIs and hence when displayed their namespace is exracted. The effect is the creation of a new namespace.

For reactom fo instance, the base URI is www.reactome.org/biopax

when considered as an URI, this has namespace www.reactome.org (Jena methods).

This generated a new URI from which no annotation is available...

In the current version this is not problmetic, but may require a manual "sync" of namespace properties. 		06/17/06 18:07 sergentpepper
Maybe happens when no namespace color/prefix are present. This is the case for a namespace just defined in rules. 05/30/06 15:10 sergentpepper
Export never tested. To be checked.
