Fixed in branches/5.0 197. Support for multi-molecule pdb files has resolved the issue.

Fixed in branches/5.0 rev. 189.
Loading of multi-molecule PDBs required an indefinite amount of time since the different molecules where in fact treated as one big molecule which required a huge amount of time to compute bonds.
Now that full support for multi-molecule formats has been added this problem has been fixed.
