cgview cvs not working

When trying to click 'Browse CVS Repository' link in http://bioinformatics.org/cvs/?group_id=618 page, it gives the folowing error
Error: cgview: no such file or directory
please solve the issue, since I am looking forward to accessing the source code, for my current research project.
