The MEP bar is always displaying the colors associated with the last generated surface. When selecting a different molecule the MEP color bar doesn't change.

I am using Molekel to show my students MEP colored SAS surfaces of several molecules at the same time. My problem comes in keeping the proper MEP values on the displayed bar in the image.

An example:

Read in a Gamess file, calculate the MEP colored SAS surface, show the MEP bar in the final result.

Hide that set of information (including undisplying the MEP bar), and repeat on another file. Everything is fine.

Hide all that, then redisplay the first molecule. When displayed, the MEP bar shows the values of the other file.

Fixing this can be accomplished by recalculating the surface, but it would be a LOT nicer if the values were stored and displayed for the currently chosen molecule...
