In Molekel 5.1.1.4 the command line: C:ProgrammeMolekelbinmolekel.exe "C:DOKUME~1xxx~1LOKALE~1Temptmpmoci.gam" started the molekel program displaying the structure in i.gam (expected).
In Molekel 5.2.0.0 the molekel program starts without displaying any structue. (Windows XP Pro/Home).
