Pellet within Jena at some point expands all entailments instead of computing them on demand. This makes the thing unusable for big ontologies. We should go around this...

Went around with a "Pellet mode" where a partial computation is combined with an RDFS model. Improvements on this would be to expose directly the Pellet model to the applicartion. But it would be better to directly have another knowledgeWrapper in this case.
