    Summary:
Request: installing docbook tools on the shell server
    Original submission:
As my project is a documentation project, using the DocBook format, it would be highly helpful to have the docbook tools installed on the server, so that we could set up a program to automatically build the site again with each CVS commit.

To install the RPMS, you can follow the guide at http://www.caldera.de/~eric/crash-course/HTML/installing-the-tools.html but with the RPMS from ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/docbook-tools/docware/ .

    Thank you for your help.

PS: is there any other measures we need to take to be able to use the web service effectively? I find the public_html/oeil-couleur folder in my home directory, is this where I should publish the files?

Well, I haven't gotten any reply, but I just wanted to tell you that this wasn't needed anymore, as I was able to compile and install the tools to my home directory. 11/11/01 12:35 pereinar
