Original submission:
When a job 'A' is completed but still shown (greyed out) in the job manager
- add job 'B'
- click 'Start CATCH jobs'

BUG:
The completed job 'A' is calculated again.

How to fix:
- Ensure that jobs that are flagged as completed are not recalculated.
