Deleting transcript plus all features fails
Original submission:
Creation/deletion of transcripts and their subfeatures works fine, unless you block-select the transcript and its subfeatures.

The problem arises in Tanscript.pm line 187, where the call to $feature->parent fails. I am guessing that the features are simply deleted in the wrong order (i.e. the transcript gets deleted first, and then the exons... leading to a failure of the exon to find its parent...??)

Anyway, it's a bit of a pain :-)

Feature->parent now returns undef if such a beast does not exist. This can be tested and the sub can exit. 01/16/02 15:09 markw
