    Resources: EnzDB, a database for bacterial and archaeal enzymes

    EnzDB or Enzymes DataBase, is a database for archaeal and bacterial enzymes. The current version of EnzDB contains almost 700,000 enzyme sequences extracted from over a thousand archaeal and bacterial genome and plasmid sequences.
