I am a computer science graduate at University of Oklahoma. I am currently doing research on gene expression analysis at the OU microarray facility. I employed clustering algorithms, such as SOM, kmeans, hierarchical clustering, CLICK, GNG, FLVQ, to analyze the 4290 genes of E. coli. I am trying to develop a new algorithm for clustering gene expression data, which is a kind of multi-layer nerual network clustering algorithm. I am now looking for a full time job in bioinformatics software development or the analysis of gene data.
