Discussion of OpenMMS and similar PDB database projects. OpenMMS is a relational version of the Protein Data Bank (PDB) created from the PDB Uniformity files. These files embody an object model over the PDB, which is translated into a relational model in OpenMMS. To facilitate community communication, this list is the place to ask all OpenMMS related questions. The (currently empty) project page on Bioinformatics.Org is here.
