[ghemical-devel] configure script(s)...

Problem solved ; it appeared that config.status is the last file that is generated by the scripts.
I then compared the generated config.status files to older ones and I found that some filenames
contained funny characters. Hmmm. Perhaps I used a windows computer to download and
save the attachments. I never seem to learn.... :)

But anyway running the files (which were the versions intended) through dos2unix solved
the problem!

Looks good now ; Thanks!
Tommi

No output here? Then it seems to be the liboglappth configure script.
There I missed an AC_OUTPUT in one of the first versions I suggested.

Did you test the latest files I sent? See
http://www.bioinformatics.org/pipermail/ghemical-devel/2008-October/000820.html.

The earlier versions contained a small issue and I could imagine, that
you see this issue (AC_OUTPUT was called too early).

I tried here and it worked pretty well (automake 1.7 and 1.10, Debian
Sid).
