Sorry, that's wrong.  The temp directory does exist during runtime.

It appears the middle is trying to find...

    temp/xml/workspace1/container1.xml

while the actual locale is...

    temp/session1/xml/workspace1/container1.xml

Perhaps an error due to the addition of sessions.
