[Proteopedia] Jmol upgraded to 12.2

Jmol applet on Proteopedia was updated from 11.8 to 12.2 a few days ago.

This new version of Jmol incorporates several new features and commands. A description is available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/jmol/files/Jmol/Version%2012.2/

Jmol 12.2 uses a different algorithm (now DSSP) to calculate Helix/Sheet records when missing on the structure file. As a consequence, you may find differences on the rendering of some structures, both on scenes and seeded pages.
