Biowave has accumulated a significant amount of data for use by various Wavelet functions, for comparison and extrapolation. This data will be made available here soon. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please do mail any of the members.

The WBT is on the look out for any simple set of data, of the likes of E-coli, where information is available on the constraints of the sequences for matching and elimination. If anybody is interested, please contact the admin.
