I have tried to use this program, but the database field is empty - how do I set it up to submit to the NCBI system?

it looks like they are expecting you to have one of the ncbi blast databases on your computer. i agree, i was hoping this would do a blast over the internet but perhaps that will be implemented in the future.

I don't know much about WinBlast but I have been asked to investigate if WINBLAST has some sort of Log file that tracks the modem connection. Can someone help me please.
