    Hello Cayte, First of all, I'd like to apologize for being a bit slow. I am in the middle of writing my thesis and getting married, so I have had my mind elsewhere for a while. Second, what kind of wish list did you have in mind? This forum could serve this purpose. If you have a task that could be aided by automation in programming, feel free to describe it, and we'll see what we can do! Thanks for the interest. Dave
    charmm usage question

    Hi guys, I have a pdb-file containing proteing description, I need to compute energy of this protein using "charmm" program. I can't make out what to do from documentation that was shipped with the program and can't find good online tutorial. Could somebody show me how to do it or suggest link on good online tutorial?
