Dear John Jones, Thanks for your interest. From the wiki, you can access the DevelopersPage (http://bioinformatics.org/asterias/Main/AsteriasDevelopmentPage) and the Developers doc page (http://bioinformatics.org/asterias/Main/DevelopersDocumentation) which gives some (limited) info on how thigs are set now, and what things we would like to add/change. (Right now, none of the asterias pages at bioinformatics.org seem to be available). I'd take a look, and see what is most interesting to you. A (minor) stumbling block right now is that the code is still a mess, and its taking us longer than we thought to make all of it available, but are in the process of doing it. So we can work around it. Best, R.
