Integration into STRAP
Submitted by Nobody; posted on Wednesday, November 24, 2004
STRAP is a popular workbench for protein analysis and currently contains 2 superposition programs based on c-alpha coordinates. To my experience it is important to probe several different algothithms to get a desired superposition. Therefore it would be nice if this superposition program could be used within STRAP as well. STRAP provides a convenient plugin management and the integration into STRAP can easily performed. STRAP, protein workbench
