LGPL Licensing?

Hi there! Koen van Drift pointed me to your wonderful initiative. As an author of a few mac bioapps (http://www.mekentosj.com ), I'm extremely interested in using your framework. Still, I won't use it under the GNU license, would it be possible to license it under the LGPL license so that it would not be a problem to use the framework in a shareware app for instance. I just like to keep my options open. Finally, it would be nice if you guys would add support for DNA strider files i.e. Don Gilles excellent readseq library might help you figure out how to read/write more data formats, his code is public domain as far as I recall... Again, it looks very promising... Alexander Griekspoor mek@mekentosj.com
